 Vebjørn Sand

Vebjørn Sand is a painter and artist. He is known for his paintings as well as his public arts projects. Vebjørn Sand attended a Steiner (Waldorf) school. His "Gallery Sand" in New York lies in West Village.

Antarctic expeditions in 1993-1994 resulted in the exhibition "Troll Castle."

1996: Leonardo project, for which he designed by Leonardo da Vinci built a bridge in the scaled-down version in Ås.

1999: Sands large installation called Kepler star monument (Norwegian Peace Star) at Oslo Airport.
