Komplett AS is a Norwegian e-commerce company with nine webshops in 3 countries in Scandinavia. The larger part of their product assortment is computers and components, but have expanded to photo, Hi-Fi, TV, gaming and white goods. Company headquarters are located in Sandefjord, where the company was originally founded.
In addition to their Norwegian operations, Komplett is also running webshops in Sweden and Denmark, and also distribution in Norway through the departments Norek and Itegra. Komplett has three call centers for sales and support in Sandefjord and Gothenburg, Sweden. Komplett has distribution center and warehouses in Sandefjord. Company turnover in 2010 was 3,8 billion NOK along with 450 employees and 620 000 active customers.
Komplett features over 21,000 square meters at its main warehouse in Sandefjord. From shipped goods to customers in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Komplett´s webshops sell to end-users, businesses, government agencies and retailers. By the end of 2012 was 750,000 active customers registered (those who have acted last 12 months). Komplett produces desktops models under its own brand at its logistics center in Sandefjord. Every year produces Complete over 38,000 PCs, making them Scandinavia´s largest PC manufacturer.

2007 Bought the rights to the name of the new stadium for Sandefjord Fotball called Komplett.no Arena. In May 2007 they acquired their Swedish competitor inWarehouse AB and took control of their webshop inWarehouse.se, along with their concept stores in Stockholm and Malmö. In October 2007 Komplett ASA merged with Torp Computing Group ASA and took over the distributor Itegra AS, and the web shops MPX.no and XD.no
2008 The webshops in UK, Germany, Austria and France were closed on June 24 at 10 a.m. An additional warehouse of 14.000 m2 was opened adjacent to the existing distribution facilities in Sandefjord. Opened the Irish webshop pick up point, local office and RMA department on 1 September to facilitate Komplett.ie customers. The concept stores in Stockholm and Malmö was sold to Mac Support, effectively from October 1, 2008.
2010 European webshops sold to Netherlands based Paradigit Holding B.V.
2011 Delisted from Oslo Børs.
2013 Acquires 100% stake in Webhallen Sverige AB. Acquires 100% stake in Blush.no. Increases stake in Norsk Bildelsenter AS to 90.1%. KomplettForsikring.no launched.
2014 KomplettBank.no launched. Acquires 50.1% of Babybanden.no.
2015 Acquires Comtech.de. is one of the largest privately owned investment companies in Norway.
