Adventures RIDING

There are plenty of places in Norway where you can hire a horse for organised trekking or to take lessons. Think about sitting on a horseback and looking over the marvelous mountains or lying on the back on a break and look up to the clouds - everything is peaceful and quiet, the only sound you can hear is the chewing of the horses. Enquire at your campsite, hotel or tourist offices.

FJELLRITTET

Fjellrittet are located at Beitostølen. One thing all of our guests have in common is that they all have riding experiences. Teenagers must be at least 12 years old, if traveling with an adult. Teenagers 15 years and older are allowed to ride alone. One week in the Norwegian mountains you won´t forget. Dangerous looking mountains full with snow surrounding you and a wild river welcoming you at the beginning of the valley.

This is a little part of the things you can experience at Fjellrittet. The mountains, the horses, the fresh air, the lovely people you meet, the variation of nature or is it just the time that is standing still, giving you the possibility to enjoy the moment in peace?

Tell us how you want your horseback vacation to be, and we´ll do our best to meet your requirements. Please call at least one day in advance. All rides are done with an instructor. We also offer horseback rides for handicapped children and adults.
